Information Security Basic Policy

Arent Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to safeguarding the information assets entrusted to us by our customers, as well as our own, against threats such as incidents, disasters, and crime. We strive to meet the trust of both our customers and society by implementing information security throughout the company based on the following policies:

1. Responsibility of Management
The Company is committed to improving and enhancing information security in an organized and continuous manner under the leadership of its management.
2. Establishment of Internal Framework
The Company shall establish an Information Security Management Committee to maintain and improve information security and will define security measures as formal regulations within the company.
3. Employee Commitment
Employees of the Company shall acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security, ensuring a steadfast commitment to information security practices.
4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
The Company shall comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security while meeting the expectations of our customers.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of violations of laws related to information security, contractual breaches, and incidents, the Company will respond appropriately and endeavor to prevent recurrence.
