Arent Group’s Whistleblowing Hotline

For the purpose of running the company in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, rules, ethics, etc. while putting effort into ensuring early detection and correction of violations of laws, regulations, etc., Arent Group has set up a whistleblowing hotline for providing consultation or receiving reports regarding issues such as violation of laws or regulations, violation of the company rules, or harassment.
If you find any action of an Arent Group’s officer or employee that is, or is suspected to be, in violation of the laws or regulations, please contact the whistleblowing hotline below.
We give due consideration to the protection of the personal information of those seeking consultation and of whistleblowers, and we ensure that those seeking consultation and whistleblowers will not receive any detrimental treatment.

Who can use the whistleblowing hotline?
  • Officers and employees of Arent Group (including fixed-term employees, part-time employees, and agency temps.)
  • Officers and employees of companies that have a business relationship with us.
Things to remember when contacting the whistleblowing hotline
  • You may contact the whistleblowing hotline orally or in writing, or by phone, email, mail or fax, whichever you prefer.
  • You may contact the whistleblowing hotline anonymously. However, if you do so, note that we will not be able to notify you of the status, etc. regarding the handling of the matter in question, and the investigation may be limited in some cases.
  • Consultation or reporting with false information, as well as consultation or reporting which defames others, are not allowed. (We cannot accept them as consultation or reporting.)
